• – Kathleen Smith-Hallett (for creative types who love crafts and games)

• – Rita Coco, but needs help (for friendly types who can help with reservations, check-in and greetings)

• – Diane La Chance Mendez (Agenda including guest speakers), Alan Sopelak and Sarah Sopelak (theme and program design)

• – Gail Magnan Stanley, Jon Vallier (for artistic and techie types interested in helping with the website)

• – Chris Prendergast (more creative types needed who like to write, design and use social media)
